Who we are

NutriFUT League runs nutrifut.com, a food league where friends photograph their meals and receive a 0–99 rating. We are the data controller for the information described here.

What we collect

Account details: email address, username, display name.
Health data (special category, UK/EU GDPR Article 9): meals and their nutrition, calorie and weight targets, weight, age, height, fitness sessions and steps.
Photos taken in the app of your Plates and fitness sessions, with capture time and, for fitness sessions, location.
Usage signals such as when you open the app, used to time reminders and to protect you from over-use.

Why, and on what basis

We process health data only with your explicit consent (Article 9(2)(a)), to rate your Plates and run your league. Other account data is processed to perform our contract with you. You can withdraw consent at any time from Account → Privacy & legal.

Who we share it with

League mates see your ratings and standings. Photos are analysed by AI service providers acting as our processors. We use hosting, database and push-notification processors. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Your rights

You can access, export, correct and delete your data. Export and deletion are available in the app under Account → Privacy & legal. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Retention

We keep your data while your account is open. Deleting your account permanently erases your profile, Plates, photos and related records.
