This app is intended strictly for general wellness, educational tracking, and habit development. It is not a medical device, nor does it provide medical advice, diagnosis, or clinical eating disorder treatment.

Fair play

Plates must be photographed in the app, of food you are about to eat. Attempts to game the engine may lead to Plates being rejected or accounts being removed.

Forfeits and challenges

All forfeits and physical challenges are voluntary and done at your own discretion. You can skip any forfeit at any time with no penalty. Don't attempt anything beyond your fitness, health or circumstances. If in doubt, check with a doctor first.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited under UK law.

Rating disputes

If you think a rating is wrong, use Correct Rating on the plate. We keep a record of each plate's items, portions and sources to review disputes.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

The Cellar

The Cellar is points-only. Rewards and forfeits are non-monetary and chosen by league members. NutriFUT never holds, transfers or arranges money, vouchers or goods between players, and league results never decide who pays whom.

Your account

You must be 18 or over. You can delete your account at any time from Account → Privacy & legal.
